Abstract Subission
In order to submit an Abstract you need to pre-register first by completing the registration form. Please note that at this stage you will not have to pay for your registration nor commit to it. Therefore, no payment has to be made before your abstract submission is accepted.
Enter your registration data. When you enter the name of your country, select your country from the options given. Otherwise, the country you typed in will not be accepted.
Once you complete the registration form, you will receive an email with access details to your Personal Area, where you can submit your abstract(s).
Payment will only be required later if and when your abstract is accepted. You will still be able to benefit from the early bird rates if payment is done by 31 July.
The first time you submit an abstract it will be saved automatically in draft status. The purpose of this intermediate state is to guarantee that you will be able to make changes|modifications until the submission deadline (19 May 2024).
The final submission of the abstract is made on your personal area under “Submit Abstract”. From that moment on you will no longer be able to change the content of the abstract, you will only be able to view it or cancel it.
